FAQs
How long can I expect to speak to someone on the line?

Calls typically last 10 to 15 minutes. Extra time is taken for crisis calls or callers with urgent needs.

Who answers the calls?

Trained listeners who offer support, give resources and provide crisis intervention, if needed.

I already have a therapist. Can I still call the COPE Line?

Absolutely. New circumstances or concerns can arise between therapist appointments, and the COPE Line can provide support until you can get in to see your provider.
