Resident Manager

The Resident Manager is responsible for providing assistance and support to residents and facilitating daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the front desk
  • Provide support and assistance to consumers
  • Facilitate day-to-day activities such as cleaning common areas and serving meals
  • Communicate facility rules to consumers and enforce rules as necessary
  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure high quality and consistent care

Qualifications & Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in human services preferred
  • Crisis intervention background preferred
  • Demonstrate cultural competency, including gender and cultural responsiveness, and dedication to ongoing training in diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Ability to work independently
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience with strengths-based, Trauma-informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm-reduction approaches
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and automobile with insurance required
  • Must pass pre-employment background check
